David Lanzkowsky, M.D., received his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico in May of 1984. Dr. Lanzkowsky completed his Surgical Internship at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in June, 1985, his Surgical Residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York in June 0f 1987 and his Anesthesiology Residency at State University of New York in Stony Brook, New York in June of 1992. Dr. Lanzkowsky has attended numerous continued professional education seminars and symposiums to the current day. Dr. Lanzkowsky maintains medical licenses for Nevada, New York and California. He has been affiliated with and owned all or a portion of the Centennial Spine and Pain Center since August 2001.

Dr Lanzkowsky's vision of treating the whole person rather than just the pain is the driving force behind the Centennial Pain Relief Networks primary belief that it is our desire to return the patient to as productive a life as possible.
