Our Staff is experienced and dedicated to providing prompt and courtesy service to all patients and their families.
In addition, reports are timely via our "paperless internet record keeping system" and maintain "open lines of communication" with our referring partners via phone, e-mail, and/or fax.
- Medications: Our Staff is highly trained in the use of all medicationsin treatment of pain. World Health Organization and American Board of Pain Physicians recommendations are followed. While we always try to incorporate non-narcotic medications and do not believe that Opoids should be the sole treatment used only for pain treatment, we may be required to utilize Opioid medications in order to control some patients' extreme pain.
- Communication: Being acutely aware that Spanish is the primary language of a substantial portion of the population of Southern Nevada, we have made and continue to make a concerted effort to provide experienced staff that speaks fluent Spanish which is essential not only to communicate with patient and/or their family, but to ensure that they all fully understand type(s) of procedure(s) that will take place and what is necessary patient's post surgical care.
- Surveys: Our Board Certified Pain Management Physicians believe Surveys are a venue to objectively evaluate our Goal. Recent patient survey supports not only that our unique and conservative approach to pain management our patient's best interest in mind but also has proven to be both cost-effective and results in a high degree of patient satisfaction.
