David Lanzkowsky, M.D., received his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico in May of 1984. Dr. Lanzkowsky completed his Surgical Internship at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in June, 1985, his Surgical Residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York in June 0f 1987 and his Anesthesiology Residency at State University of New York in Stony Brook, New York in June of 1992. Dr. Lanzkowsky has attended numerous continued professional education seminars and symposiums to the current day. Dr. Lanzkowsky maintains medical licenses for Nevada, New York and California. He has been affiliated with and owned all or a portion of the Centennial Spine and Pain Center since August 2001.
Dr Lanzkowsky's vision of treating the whole person rather than just the pain is the driving force behind the Centennial Pain Relief Networks primary belief that it is our desire to return the patient to as productive a life as possible.
Dr. Tang received her medical degree from Hunan Medical University in China in 1992. She went on to receive her Masters of Science at Indiana University in 1996 and completed her residency in 2003 in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Wheaton Illinois. Dr. Tang has had extensive experience in the field of pain management and is Board Certified in both Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Tang speaks both English and Chinese.
Dr. Mark Cirella received his B.S. from California State University in Bakersfield California. He went on to receive his M.D. in 1999 at American University of the Caribbean Saint Maarten in Florida. Dr Cirella is board certified in anesthesiology and completed his residency at St. Luke's Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He also completed there his pain management fellowship in 2004. He is licensed in Nevada, California and Chicago and is Board Certified in pain management.
