Medical Practice
Centennial's Medical Practice is dedicated to being Nevada's leader in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. We provide this through an ethical, state-of-the-art, individualized and comprehensive multi-disciplinary treatment for our patients in a friendly environment. We at Centennial target and address the source of the patients pain and do not just treat the symptoms, resulting in efficient, focused treatment provided as inexpensively as possible.

We at Centennial are acutely aware that Spanish is the primary language of a substantial portion of the population of southern Nevada. Because of this, we have not only made a concerted effort to provide an experienced staff that speaks spanish, but also ensured that each of our providers speak both languages. This bilingual atmosphere allows us to provide treatement for and to spanish speaking patients while conversing with them in their native language.

Our goal is to help patients manage their pain so that they can quickly return to a more active and productive life.

Our Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Pain Management Physicians believe in achieving this goal by providing comprehensive specialized care in a compassionate setting. Surveys of our patients reveal that our unique conservative approach to pain management, which keeps our patients best interest in mind, has proven to be both cost-effective and results in a high degree of patient satisfaction.

Surgery Center
Centennial provides a state of the art ambulatory surgery center which is available to patients five days a week (Monday through Friday). We provide the convenience of being able to quickly schedule our patients for needed procedures to be handled by physicians with whom the patients are familiar and whom they trust.

Upright MRI
Centennial Upright MRI offers a unique look into positional pathology with our extraordinary combination of state-of-the-art technology and patient convenience.

Patients that have pain when sitting or bending can now be scanned in their positions of pain, allowing a previously unavailable flexion or extension view.

Flexion and extension views have been proven to increase diagnostic accuracy by allowing detection of weight bearing and positional pathology.

Also, patients are no longer forced to lie down in uncomfortable positions, or in a claustrophobic environment. While sitting or standing through your exam with us, you will have a completely un-obstructed view of a plasma television not the dark tunnel associated with traditional MRIs.

Centennial Upright MRI offers this comfortable alternative which also eliminates the risks associated with anesthesia and pre-exam oral sedation.

With traditional "Open" MRIs, patients are often disappointed when finding out that the machine is not actually "open" but simply have a larger tunnel. We completely eliminate the tunnel!

We offer all of these advantages without sacrificing exam quality. So-called "Open" MRIs routinely have weak magnets, sometimes as low as 0.2 Tesla. Centennial Upright MRI offers magnet strength three times stronger than that mentioned above.

At Centennial Upright MRI, our main goal is to give you the most accurate diagnostic MRI possible, while maintaining your sense of comfort and convenience.
