About Dr. Harb

Christopher Harb, DO, earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Michigan State University. He then completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at DMC/Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he trained with leaders in the field of pain management.

Dr. Harb went on to complete additional fellowship training in Endoscopic Spine Surgery at the University of Florida. At the time, he was the second graduate of the nation’s only dedicated endoscopic spine surgery fellowship. During that year, he treated patients who traveled from across the country and internationally for advanced spine care. He also performed more than 160 endoscopic spinal decompression procedures involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, including many cases of moderate to severe spinal stenosis.

In January 2026, Dr. Harb became Medical Director of Centennial Spine and Pain–Chicago and Medical Director of the affiliated Six Corners Same Day Surgery Center in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago. Through this role, he helps lead the delivery of advanced pain and spine care in the Chicago area.

Dr. Harb treats a wide range of chronic pain conditions, with special expertise in spine-related disorders. He offers advanced interventional pain procedures as well as minimally invasive endoscopic spine surgery, with a focus on helping patients find lasting relief and return to function. He is also a faculty mentor for the MIS Certification program through the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience (ASPN).

In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Harb has published in nationally recognized pain management journals and remains active in education and research. He is committed to expanding access to high-quality, innovative pain and spine care throughout the Midwest.
