Patients with acute and/or chronic neck and back pain may benefit from a variety of injection therapies. Depending on the physical exam and imaging findings, a patient may benefit from selective nerve root blocks, epidural steroid injections, SI joint injections, trigger point injections, or nerve block/ablations.
