Can Cervical Foraminal Stenosis Be Prevented?

Regular physical activity, strengthening the muscles that support the neck and upper back, maintaining good posture, avoiding prolonged static positions, and using ergonomic workstations can all be helpful components of a healthy spine routine.

Preventing tobacco use and addressing other factors that can affect overall musculoskeletal health may also support long-term spinal health.
